Pinky Cervical Mucus Means Period Due?

Happy New Year? Yes of course!

Well, here we are at my first post for 2010, which is also my first post after a period of "silence" rather long ... And what can one talk in the early days of the year, if not ... the year to come?

After a 2009 made of ups and downs in the background of a "crisis" we're still trying to understand, and that, ultimately, is a relative term, which depends on ... No! Let's stop here! It goes 'Is with the crises in 2009, and never came back! But here we have a whole year, which should make it "our year", that is a year to remember for everyone.

How to do this? We propose a method that worked for me in the past, and we hope that it works again this year. Well, you know that in life everything that happens depends on us and on our will, but at least we should do everything possible to bring to fruition what we really depend on us! Here is the "mechanism":
1. Write all your goals for the new year. And when I say "all" mean "all", from the simplest to the most magnificent and challenging. It does not matter if these objectives are ten or a thousand!
2. Do not neglect those aspects of your life that make you happy right now, and, of course, you want to remain as is.
3. Do whatever it takes to achieve your desires, without being deterred by obstacles.
4. Each month, monitors all the successes that are large or small. And so, floor-plan, with each 'month that passes, you begin to see many of your dreams coming true.

Realistically, and from my own experience, I can say that some of these wishes come true, others not. So it is better that the list of targets is long! However, this method makes sure that the year is at least a year full of events and initiatives, and to us helps us to feel more active and stronger! Of course, we all had some good times and bad times over the years, but this does not 'say that we do not appreciate what we already have, or that we should not try to change things for the better. So, try it! I'll try it too! And at the end of 2010, I can not wait to hear some good news from you all!
